Authentic Neapolitan Pizza Comes to Forth Mains Farm WiTy Pizza Co. and the Wee Farm Distillery are joining forces to bring handcrafted, Neapolitan-style pizza to Forth Mains Farm on Friday, 6 November. Celebrating fresh ingredients, traditional techniques and the simple joy of sharing great food, there are two ways to enjoy this special collaboration. Pizza-Making Workshop | 7–9 p.m. Gather your friends and make an evening of it with our relaxed, hands-on pizza-making workshop. Paddy will guide you through the traditional techniques behind a great Neapolitan-style pizza as you prepare, shape and top your own creation. While your pizza cooks, enjoy a refreshing spritz (non alcohol options available too) and soak up the beautiful farm surroundings. Then sit back, tuck into the pizza you’ve made and enjoy good food and great company—the perfect wee Friday night. The workshop is limited to just 24 people, and advance online booking is essential. £40 per person. Suitable for 18 years +.
