Service Description
Ever fancied being a Shepherd? Or even wondered what its like to hold a newborn lamb? Join us for an interactive 45 minutes in the lambing shed where you can meet the ewes and lambs and get involved with daily shepherding tasks such as feeding newborn lambs, bedding and sheep care. You might even be able to observe some lambs being born! This activity is as interactive as you like, observation is also welcome. We are a real working farm and visitors need to be prepared for all outcomes when it comes to lambing. We would like to engage visitors with farming and food production and offer a fun experience for all the family. All children must be fully supervised by a paying adult at all times. Unfortunately NO PREGNANT Ladies for Health and Safety reasons. Please wear warm, waterproof clothing and wellingtons.
